Being a Better Mentor
I recently participated in a panel on Mentoring that was part of a larger series on Anti-racism In The Workplace. The conversation went beyond the development topic to inclusion in general; specifically, each panelist talked about the importance of forming personal relationships with people that are not like you so that you gain an understanding and appreciation of their experiences - inside and outside of the workplace.
