Jon offers engaging leadership and team development workshops ranging from focused 2-hour conversations to multi-day experiential events. Working with a select group of consultants and speakers we deliver workshops supporting organizational alignment, innovation, design thinking, and team development.


Custom-designed workshops support:

  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and the individuals leading these efforts

      • Our Diversity, Inclusion, and Leading Innovative Teams program is offered through the Anderson College of Business Executive Education program at Regis University. This training teaches participants to leverage the effort, knowledge, and ideas of diverse individuals and how to create inclusive teams.

      • Creating an Inclusive Organization introduces participants to anti-racist and equity concepts as they relate to the workplace. We focus on developing the understanding and awareness of how and why racism influences the systems, processes, and people we interact with daily.

  • Leadership and culture alignment using the True Alignment® model, a systemic approach to assist leadership teams and their organizations to attain greater levels of alignment and success
